HGC Quiz

A very good fresh fish and chip supper was enjoyed by all before the Quiz began at 8.00pm.  Thanks go to the kitchen staff and the bar staff who looked after everyone very well throughout the evening.

It was a jolly and successful evening, indeed several participants personally thanked the organisers at the end of the Quiz, saying how much they had enjoyed the event.  It seems that Quiz nights are really popular at HGC. (Anyway there was plenty of laughter and noise around!)

It was a close contest and the overall winners were a team captained by Steve Terry. The prizes were handed out by The President, who also expressed his thanks to everyone involved in the evening.
