At a meeting of the General Committee held at the Club House on Wednesday the 14 day of July 1915 were present Mr F Carver (voted to the chair), Messrs Adie, Ault, Tyndall, David, Riddell, Fleetwood, McPherson, Neale and King.
The minutes of the last meeting were read confirmed and signed.
Election of Members
Mrs Cicley Gifford, 9 Victoria Road, Harborne, was duly elected a member subject to the approval of the Ladies Committee which it was understood would be forthcoming.
Resignations
The Treasurer reported the following resignations:- Mr Reginald Harding, Mr & Mrs A E Patrick, Mr A J Lewis.

Rating Assessment
Mr Fleetwood reported at length on the position and on the efforts he was making to obtain a satisfactory settlement. He hoped by the next meeting that it would be in order. His action was unanimously approved and the Committee expressed their gratitude for the trouble he was taking. Carried forward.
Home Farm
Mr Fleetwood reported that certain repairs to the roof on Drewitts house had been put in hand. The agreement embodying the arrangements of the outbuildings and repairs had not yet been received from Messrs Bennett & Grazebook, but it was understood verbally they had agreed to Mr Fleetwood acting in accordance with the suggestions set out in previous minutes. Pearmans Tenancy
Mr Fleetwood reported that he expected shortly to agree a direct tenancy to Shaler at 30/- an acre plus rates. The matter was ordered to be carried forward.
Green Committee
The Secretary reported generally on the position. The Committee considered the condition of the course under the circumstances quite satisfactory. The question of electing another member of the Committee to serve on the Green Committee was considered and deferred.
Vacancy on Committee
It was decided to leave this open until the Annual Meeting.
