CONFERENCE AND BANQUETING

Situated only three miles from the City centre, we are very conveniently located. The Club has substantial car parking, and there is a separate entrance to the Function Room which has a large vestibule, with en-suite toilets, and a ladies powder room at first floor level.

Our tastefully decorated main Function Room can seat up to 100 guests for large seminars and conferences, and for smaller events a private room with sliding screens can be set up for groups of around 16. Board rooms tables, flip charts and projector can be provided.

For those Special family events the main Function can accommodate up 140 guests, served by a large function bar which also provides waiter service.

The Function Room is enhanced by full height glazing which allow panoramic views across the golf course that faces south-west. In the warmer weather, your guests can enjoy drinks on the terrace in the sunshine, which also offer delightful photographic opportunities to record your event.

You can meet with our General Manager Darren Murphy, Resident Chef Michael, and Patricia our Food and Beverage Manager, all of whom are experienced in managing any type of event, all of whom have a wealth of advice available on menu planning, wines, music, and the detailed arrangements necessary to ensure that your event proceeds problem free.
