The 2026 Finney Shield (Midland Open Scratch Foursomes) - 36 Hole Scratch Foursomes Strokeplay Rules

Open to male amateur golfers who are members of a golf club with a handicap index of 4.9 or lower.

Field limited to 36 Pairs of Foursomes (72 Golfers).

This is a Strokeplay Foursomes competition played over 36 holes.

Two-Tee start in both the morning and afternoon rounds.

Bacon Rolls and Tea or Coffee on arrival.

In the event of a tie, a sudden-death playoff will determine the winning pair.

All competitors are requested to attend the prize giving which will be held soon after the final pairings have completed their round.
