Lady Captain's v Lady Chairman's Team

This time last year, Jane Cross, Lady Chairman, won the Lady Captain’s v Lady Chairman’s match 6½ to 5½ so there was everything to play for this year.   Fifteen randomly drawn teams, minus one lady, went out to play on temps but under beautiful blue, dry, skies.  The format was matchplay and, with both the front and back nine being utilised at the same time, the ladies were done and dusted very quickly meaning plenty of time to spruce themselves up for lunch of lasagne, salad and chips and to learn the overall result of 6-5 to ……………………….........................……………….………….
